We have spent three years renovating, bringing modern style to this historic 1835 farmhouse.

Four ensuite bedrooms, one with king, two with queen, and one with a trundle bed, make this a perfect escape for couples or families, or both!

Situated on three acres, there is plenty of lawn for croquet and corn hole, a 30 x 30 bluestone patio (still under construction in July 2026), a screened in porch, 2 sitting/living rooms, a dining room, 4 original fireplaces (but no fires allowed), and the kitchen is designed for gourmet cooking, with a 6 burner, 3 oven Miele stove, a microwave, wine fridge, extra produce drawers, and more.

At only 1.3 miles from North Hampton Beach, this is the perfect location for a beach holiday. Be sure to visit historic Portsmouth while you're here.
