Situated on 3.5 acres and facing the woods, this romantic retreat is quiet and private, even while attached to the main house. You have your own private entry and private deck flanked by gorgeous specimen trees and a brand new grill.
Inside , there’s a living room with tv and lots of sunlight, a full kitchen, fully appointed with high quality appliances ( refrigerator, glass-top stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher) and dining area. There’s a half bath and office also on first floor.
The second floor features a bedroom with King bed and comfortable seating, a walk in closet with new washer/dryer, and a newly renovated full bathroom.
Additional entertainment area in the barn featuring ping ping, golf putting game, and a small seating area. A 42 inch industrial fan provides plenty of fresh air.
We have 2 complimentary rental bikes, beach chairs, lawn games including corn hole, croquet, and a football.
Enjoy outdoor seating facing the great lawn and driveway large enough for multiple vehicles. 1.3 miles from North Hampton beach, with 3 other gorgeous beaches close by. 20 minutes from historic Portsmouth.
